Dorothy Barbara Zoeller Kneupper went to be with our Lord on May 11th, 2008, at the age of 85 years. Wea rejoice that she is now with our Savior, and fondly remember her life and love. Born April 8, 1923, Dorothy spent her early years in Boerne, Texas with her beloved mother, father, and two sisters.

Elsie Lee Flugrath McClain, 83, born in Blanco on August 6, 1924 and passed away on May 6, 2008 at Colonial Manor Care Center in New Braunfels. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Penshorn and husband Roy of Blanco and one brother, Hilmar Flugrath of New Braunfels. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Otto Richard Sultemeier, 92, passed away Friday, May 9, 2008. He was born in Sandy, TX to Adolph and Emma Rech Sultemeier. Otto is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Maxine Stevenson Sultemeier; son, Perry Sultemeier and wife Cindy of Johnson City; daughter, Kay Williams of Johnson City; sister, Emma Lou Mohle and husband Paul of Lockhart, TX; five grandchildren, Cody Swope, Kimberly Terry, Zane Swope, Cindy Kay Sultemeier, and Brent Sultemeier; and great grandchildren, Candice and Katie Terry and Noah and Caleb Swope.

Robert Wilson Riddell, 91 was born September 30, 1916 in Round Mountain, Texas to James Hugh Riddell and Linnie Bell Herrington Riddell. Robert was born into a family of six children, one that died at an early age. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Helen Maxine Riddell.

Theodore Nelson Withers, 83, passed away Monday, April 28, 2008 in Fredericksburg, Texas. Nelson was born August 13, 1924, to W. H.

Viola Mary Sultemeier Lindig of Hye, Tx, born on September 27, 1923, passed away on April 22, 2008 at the age of 84. She was proceeded in death by her parents, eight brothers and sisters, and her husband, Clifton Lindig of over 55 years.

Jack Ray Burks, 75, of Blanco, Texas passed away on Saturday, April 19 in Fredericksburg at Hill Country Memorial Hospital. Jack was born in Goldthwaite TX. to Clifford and Lucile Burks on October 12, 1932.

William Leigh Dickey, 76, lost his battle with cancer on April 21, 2008. He was born in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Martin H. S.

Frankie M. West, 67, of Martindale passed away April 11 in his home. Frank was born in Lubbock, January 13, 1941 to Marvin and Frankie (Bell) West.

Roy Keith “Arkie” Byars was born to George E. Byars, Sr. and Josephine Bergmann Byars on November 20th of 1943 in the “Hospital In the Hills” in Blanco, Texas, which is known as the “Old Blanco County Courthouse”.
