The Blanco Chamber of Commerce held a grand opening ribbon cutting for CiGi’s Via 281 on Friday, April 11. The business, located at 603 Main St., is a full-service salon with women’s and men’s styling, color and highlights, manicures, acrylic nails, and pedicures.
