The Blanco FFA Chapter sent 10 FFA members to the Hill District FFA Leadership Camp in Ingram. The camp, which is coordinated by the Hill District FFA officer team, as well as the Hill District’s Area VII officer, focuses on developing leadership skills in freshman and sophomore FFA members. Local students attending this year’s camp were: Trevor Hardin, Katelyn Bradfute, Susannah Campbell, Alex Gustafson, Matt Pepper, Maggie Dennis, Tyler Noah, TJ Raby, Chelsea Fuller, and Garrett Gombert. Also representing the Blanco FFA was Kaleigh Anderson, who serves as the Hill District FFA Student Advisor.
