Art classes for tweens, who want to learn more and do more art, will be held weekly at the Blanco Library on Mondays from 4 to 6p.m. Classes will include: cartooning 101, creating pictures with pastels, 3D drawing and sketching, shading for depth, basic drawing, still life, draw what you see and drawing for beginners. Classes are for tweens; middle-schoolers and ages 12 to 16. Cost is $8 per tween per class. Contact Sadie at 830-385-4668 to hold a spot. Class space is limited.
