Hill Country CattleWomen will award an additional scholarship in memory of Patricia Granberg. Donations to this scholarship fund were made by Texas CattleWomen members all across our state. Patricia was well known not only in the Blanco area, but statewide for her many years of dedication and work for the objectives of Texas CattleWomen... promoting and supporting the production of beef and the beef industry, and supporting and encouraging private property rights. Patricia and her husband, David, ranched and lived in the Blanco area. Both lost their lives in a rain-swollen creek on their ranch on a night in May 2007. So, it is with pride that we wish to announce the rules for applying for this scholarship and honoring the memory of the epitome of a gracious lady and true Texas CattleWoman.
