EnJoy Café & Coffee Shop, located in Creekside at 20630 Hwy 46W #115 in Spring Branch, has opened its doors and is open for breakfast and lunch. A ribbon cutting was held on January 26 with the Bulverde/Spring Branch Chamber of Commerce. Joy Clayton, owner and chef, was in the food business for 16 years in Houston, and then came here to retire. That plan changed and she became a realtor. Now back in the food business, Joy serves a “good old American breakfast” and soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch. There is always a hot entrée special every day. EnJoy is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 – 10:30 am for breakfast, 11:00am to 2:00pm for lunch, and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
