The Yucca Garden Club is again sponsoring a Christmas lights contest, with judging to occur on Tuesday, December 15. Two prizes will be awarded – one for the best lighting of a business and one for the best lighting of a home.

The best lit home will be awarded a gift basket and a yard sign. The winner for the best lit business will receive a Blanco Ice House gift certificate, courtesy of Ralph DeLeon. Each will receive a bottle of really good eggnog from Hill Country Liquors.

Contestants may enter their home or business by mailing the entry form (available at the Chamber of Commerce on Pecan St) or by contacting Retta Martin at 833-4720. Please use separate copies of the form if you are entering both home and business. If entering by phone, be sure to give your name, address, phone number, and whether you are entering your business or your home. Deadline for entry is Friday, December 11.
