On Thursday, November 12, the Blanco County Historical Committee will meet for a Potluck Dinner and Meeting. The group will meat at the PEC headquarters in Johnson City at 6:30pm.

Local chefs will prepare chicken as the main entree. Please RSVP with Patricia Coffee at 830-833-4183 (7 to 10pm) to ensure there is enough to go around! All of those attending are asked to bring a side dish.

The Honorable Blanco County Judge Bill Guthrie will be the guest speaker for the evening. He will be speaking about the Blanco County Jail that is being built, as well as provide information about the new Annex. Guthrie is also a new member of the Historical Committee.

The general public is invited to attend; new members as well as those wishing to join are also invited.
