The Blanco Lady Panthers shut out the Harper Lady Longhorns 3-0 last Friday, October 30 in a match played to determine a position for playoffs.

The game scores were 25-18, 25-19, and 25-13. Blanco and Harper are District Co-Champs, but a first place team had to be determined for seeding in the playoff brackets.

With the victory, the Panthers are now Bi-District Champs and will receive a bye in the first playoff round. The team will play the winner of the Tuesday, November 3 game between Schulenburg and Lago Vista. The area match is yet to be determined, but will most likely be scheduled on Thursday, Friday or Saturday of this week.

The Lady Panthers are playing fired-up volleyball with a final regular season record of 26-8 and a district record of 11-1. The team has not lost a match since the September 22 loss to Harper.

Good luck to the Lady Panthers in the Playoffs!
