A Veterans’ Day ceremony is planned at the Bulverde/Spring Branch Library on Tuesday, November 10 at 1:00pm. The event will include placement of a wreath and patriotic songs. Cake and coffee will be served afterward and at 2:00 p.m. a presentation will be made by Dean Krueger of Spring Branch. Krueger has had a long career as a teacher, school principal, and superintendent. He is currently on the Board of Trustees at Schreiner University and has presented numerous patriotic programs.

For all book lovers, it’s time again for the library’s semi-annual book sale. It will be held at the library on Saturday, November 14 from 10:00 to 4:00pm. Great bargains on a variety of genres will be available. Book donations prior to the sale would be appreciated and can be dropped off at the circulation desk. Funds earned from the sale are used for library programs. For further information, visit the library’s website at www.bsblib.org or call the library at 830-430-4864.
