Ronnie Smith, 64, of Blanco, died Sunday, March 9, 2008 in Austin, Texas. Ronnie was born September 13, 1943 in Houston, Texas to Hubert and Myrtle Ellen Martin Smith. He was the fourth of seven children.

Ronnie is survived by his wife Lillie Jo, son B’Lee Smith, Daughter-in-law Maary, and a grandbaby to be, a daughter D’Layna Jo Smith, and son James Smith, stepson Kevin Morrow and step daughter Lacie LaMonica. Brothers Leslie Smith of Newton, Jerry Smith of Porter, sisters Shirleen Bohannon of Conroe and Betty Sue Smith, of Willis, three sisters-in-law, four brothers-in-law and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Ronnie also left behind a great host of friends. He was proceeded in death by his father, mother, brother JW Smith and sister Judy Doss, sister-in-law Barbara “Nana” Smith, his father-in-law Henry Boudreaux and mother-in-law Bennie Levings Boudreaux.

Ronnie’s final resting place will be at Colmesneil Cemetery, Tyler County, Texas. The memorial service will be held Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 1 pm.
