Bertha Novotny Trainer was born in West, Texas, on October 4, 1915 and passed away on March 3, 2008. After moving from Marble Falls, she was living at Homewood Suites on DeZavala with her husband of 70 years. They lived for many years in Fort Worth, where Bertha lovingly taught first grade. She is survived by her husband Wyatt E. Trainer; son Gary Trainer, daughter Carolyn Smith and her husband Richard, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 Friday in the Blanco Cemetery after a reception at Crofts Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M.
