Uptown Blanco Art Center is hosting its second annual Lavender Festival Fine Art Show on the West side of the square in Downtown Blanco. The show will be held in the building on the corner of 4th and Main Streets and will run from June 5th through June 28th.

Please enjoy a beautiful Hill Country evening of exceptional art, music, and hors d’oeuvres at the art show Opening Reception on June 5th from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. Many artists will be in attendance

Art Center Director Mary Johnston states, “We are honored to have such an exceptional group of fine artists from throughout the Hill Country and Central Texas. A few of our acclaimed artists this year include Ben Beckendorf, David Everett, Mary Fischer, Terry Buck, Melissa Grimes, Priscilla Robinson, Eric Krause, Margie Crisp, Peggy Weiss, and Victoria Smith.”

We invite everyone to view this outstanding Fine Art Show featuring works of art in virtually every medium. The art show is available for viewing through June 28, every Thursday - Saturday, 11:00am to 8:30pm weekly. We look forward to your visit and trust that you will be delighted with the exciting exhibit of fine art offered at this annual event in Blanco hosted by Uptown Blanco Art Center.

You might also choose to enjoy a lovely dining experience at the renowned Uptown Blanco Restaurant just a few steps beyond the Art Show. Both the Fine Art Show and the Restaurant are located across from the courthouse in Blanco, Texas.
