Dear Readers:

Due to an oversight on my part, I forgot to include David Seymour and Hillary in the list of those who helped work on the cemetery for Memorial Day.

Plus, I forgot to ask Rebecca Howerton how to spell Hillary’s name. Please forgive me, Hillary.

Condolences to Katherine Allen and her family in the loss of her dad.

Hope everybody enjoyed the rain as well as all the things that were going on over the weekend. We had bicyclists everywhere!

On Sunday they visited the San Diego Zoo. On Monday they drove to Hollywood and were at CBS studio for the taping of THE PRICE IS RIGHT.

325 people are allowed in the studio and, of those, nine are chosen as contestants. Melanie Solomon always wanted to be on THE PRICE IS RIGHT.

What a surprise it was when she was chosen as a contestant! The show will be on television on Monday, June 8. On Tuesday they all flew back home. Don’t forget to watch Melanie - I’ll bet she wins!!!

The wedding reception for Charles Willgren and Rachelle Domke, to held July 18 at Blanco Methodist Church will be potluck.
